Charmichael resident Justin Ford started the pop up concept in the middle of the pandemic focusing on food truck offerings and catering services. Unlike most other catering concepts, Ford specializes in creating custom menus based on different needs. The catering business highlights an impressively extensive menu, serving everything from seafood boil to authentic BBQ, alongside cold beer and other beverage options.

Based on information on the website, P.U.P Cafe will serve “coffee, sandwiches, breakfast, and lunch,” suggesting a more focused menu compared to Pull Up Plate’s full offering. What Now Sacramento reached out to Ford for more information, but hadn’t heard back by the time of this coverage. No liquor license or building permit can be found under the business at the moment.
