According to ABC licensing records, a liquor license for onsite beer and wine consumption is pending for an upcoming eatery in Eureka, CA, at 215 W 7th St. The upcoming eatery, Tandoori Bites Pizza, is a new establishment inheriting the company’s existing Indian restaurant Tandoori Bites Indian Cuisine, which has been serving the Eureka area for the past 12 years.

The vacant space on 7th Street has a long-running tradition of pizzas, as it was formerly occupied by Brett’s Pizzeria Restaurant Bar, which unexpectedly closed its doors last year. Brett’s was serving Chicago-style deep-dish pizzas and appeared to have closed due to a lack of business.

Tandoori Bites Indian Cuisine has a 4.1-star rating on Google and a 3.8-star rating on Yelp. CEO & owner Gurpreet Sohal regarding menu offerings and an opening timeframe didn’t share with What Now Sacramento details on menu offerings and an opening timeframe. However, it’s safe to say that Tandoori Bites Pizza will bring an exciting fusion of traditional Indian cuisine and dough to fill in the pizza absence on the block.
