The upcoming Midtown Spirits location will replace the existing Cafeteria 15L. A timeline published by ABC10 suggests the location is anticipated in the final phase of opening between September 2025 and January 2026. The airport location will have offerings similar to the existing Midtown Spirits location, which offers all-day brunch, a full menu, bottled products, and distillery merchandise.

Founded by Jason Poole and Dave Abrahamsen, Midtown Spirits opened their flagship location on 19th Street in 2019. The distillery produces gin, vodka, liqueur, and bottled cocktails whereas the restaurant portion features “one of the best Happy Hours and Brunches in Sacramento,” according to the business’s website.

Poole was out of town and not available to comment at the time of this coverage. RFP information indicates Fly with Breeze, Inc. is operated by Reina Rangel. However, no additional information was available on the partnering business.
