Jason Steele, founder and CEO of Steele Advisory Group and Motiva’s franchising consultant, told the Business Journal that “a Movita Juice Bar franchisee recently signed a lease for a space at 4001 Freeport Blvd. in the Stone Pointe retail center near Sacramento City College” and is projected to open in the next 180 days.

According to news reported by Franchising.com, the multi-unit franchisee behind the Sacramento location appears to be Surinder Singh. His son, Satinderpal “Paul” Singh, will manage all operations and serve as the primary contact for the franchised locations. The Singh family is also working on locations in Stockton, CA.

“My wife and I plan on running the business full-time. We will be very involved and hands-on from day one, undergoing manager training together to ensure we provide the best service possible,” Paul Singh told Franchising.com.

Motiva Juice Bar is also working on opening a location in Roseville with a different franchisee group, as reported here by What Now Sacramento. The chain is known for using fresh, high quality ingredients to pursue a healthy lifestyle focusing on wellness and sustainability.
