The family-owned chain currently has four other locations in the Sacramento area, including the latest location opened at 501 Broadway in the former Pho Ivy II space last year. The upcoming location will take over the former Rubio’s Coastal Grill space inside Natomas Marketplace. Hernandez confirmed with What Now Sacramento that the upcoming location will be part of the Los Inmortales chain but didn’t provide any further comments regarding an opening timeframe.

The popular Mexican restaurant chain’s menu is filled with burritos, seafood tostadas, enchiladas, nachos and quesadillas made with fresh ingredients. All other locations of the chain have a star rating higher than four stars on their Google business profiles.

The proposed taqueria will join the other eateries in the building anchored by a Regal theater, including Taiyaki dessert shop SOMISOMI, Korean fried chicken shop Ttobongee Chicken, Sizzling Fresh Mongolian BBQ, Cheesesteaks, I Love Teriyaki, Koshi Ramen Bar, and Mr. Crab.
