Co-owners Lannie Duncan told What Now Sacramento that the operators are looking at opening some time mid-to-late October once renovations are complete. Based on design renderings, the new establishment will have a self-serve beer and wine wall, “a new take on hand roll sushi and personal pizzas,” and a state-of-the-art golf simulation. The business will also serve nonalcoholic beverages such as juice and sodas to people of all ages.

The approximately 5,000-square-foot space is currently under construction, and the renovation will be completed in the upcoming weeks. According to Instagram updates, a new sign and beer coolers that will hold “40 beers and 10 wines” for guests to try on self-serve taps have been installed. Meanwhile, the Ohio-manufactured golf simulators will be installed in early October.

“The beer system will be from Ipourit and the golf sims are from About Golf. It will be About Golf’s first location on the west coast with the large curved 4k simulators.  Each simulator screen will be 19 feet wide and 9 feet tall,  making it very immersive.  “

“We are opening a taproom at the moment but plan to open another brewery and supply the taproom with our beers by the end of next year. We also plan to open several more taprooms very soon, all with the same self-serve beer taps and golf simulators. We want to pioneer the way of these types of taprooms, hence the old pioneer boat,” Duncan told What Now Sacramento in an email.

Once open, the business will open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. According to the brewery’s website, the owners are also planning on opening more locations in Folsom and Sacramento.
