Entity registration material from the Secretary of State indicates Sutter, Inc, the company behind the DBA filing, is operated by Serkan Bikim and Bulent Ozel, both are successful restaurateurs with roots in the Bay Area. Ozel was the managing partner for Park & Howard Bistro in Burlingame and Rose Park Bistro in Roseville whereas Bikim was a serial restaurateur with multiple Mediterranean eateries, including Pasha Mediterranea in Redwood City and Hummus Mediterranean Kitchen in San Mateo. Bikim also just opened his latest concept Bagatella, a Vietnamese restaurant. The concept was previously reported by What Now SF.

No building permit or liquor license can be found under the business name at the moment. What Now Sacramento reached out to the operators for comments but hadn’t heard back by the time of this coverage.
