Vechos Eatery Inc is owned and operated by Kevin Anthony Ramos, who opened Vechos Eatery + Taproom in Granite Bay in November 2022. The restaurant closed on August 1, 2023, abruptly, for reasons that remained unknown up till today. Now, it appears Ramos is trying to bring the concept back to Sacramento.

A successful serial restaurateur, Ramos is also involved in several other local restaurants, including Casa Ramos Mexican Restaurants, R Vida Cantina, La Cascada, and Lola’s Tequila Bar & Cocina. Previously, Vechos was a family-style restaurant that served American classics with Italian favorites, including pizzas, burgers, pasta, steaks, and specialty entrees.

What Now Sacramento reached out to Ramos but had not heard back by the time of this coverage.
