Anonimo Pizza, located at 400 12th St, has permanently closed. However, a new concept has already filled the space. Anonimo’s long-time operating partner, Juanes Ramazzini, is continuing the space’s pizza legacy with a new eatery called Luccas. This news was first seen in the Sacramento Business Journal.

After Anonimo’s original owner, restaurateur Chris Jarosz, passed away in 2023, the restaurant’s assets were transferred under one of Jarosz’s family members. The family member moved out of the area and is no longer interested in continuing the restaurant’s operation and Ramazzini recently purchased all of Anonimo’s assets for a new concept.
The new pizzeria Luccas will expand on top of Anonimo’s existing menu by adding a Detroit-style pizza and some calzones. “We wanted to keep them because we are always going to respect and support Chris’ touch on this place,” Ramazzini told the Business Journal. “He was a good friend of mine and I want to make sure there’s always a piece of him in there.”
The new business is now in operation after a seamless transition from Anonimo. A new Instagram profile called Luccas by Anonimo Pizza is also online for those interested in receiving the latest updates on the pizzeria.
