Healthy breakfast franchise Toastique is working on a new location in Rocklin Crossings. The upcoming eatery will occupy a 1,600-square-foot space at 5418 Crossings Drive, Suite 103, next to Rumble Boxing. This news was first seen in the Sacramento Business Journal.

The new location is operated by local franchisee Sarah Conrad, who came from a fitness and finance background. Conrad is a fitness instructor who teaches at several gyms and fitness studios in the area. Conrad is also a mortgage consultant at American Pacific Mortgage.
“I have a passion for health and wellness and wanted to find a business that match my passion with provided real whole organic foods to the community. This specific franchise is unique and will allow me to sell healthier whole foods to the community I live in,” Conrad told What Now Sacramento in an email.
The Rocklin location is also planning to incorporate mimosas with Toastique’s iconic cold-pressed juices plus rosé and sparkling wine slushies once Conrad acquires a beer and wine license, according to the Business Journal coverage. The eatery will include both indoor and outdoor seating.
Known for its organic menu with many ingredients sourced locally, Toastique is known for its various boutique gourmet toast, acai bowls, cold-pressed juices, and smoothies. The chain has over 25 locations in different states with two other locations in California. The Rocklin Crossings location is anticipated to open in early 2025.
